The BUC Youth Group will be again participating in The Coldest Night of the Year, which is a family-friendly walk that raises money for Souls Harbour Bridgewater who serve the hungry, homeless, and hurting people in our community.
This year, our walk is going towards hiring a helping hand for Pastor Vicky, so she can be out in the community more, and do a bit more counselling. This walk will go to all things Bridgewater, affectionately known by our staff as "Little Souls". Help our little Mission grow some roots. We are the little Mission That Could.
Souls Harbour helps with:
1. Neighbours struggling with food security
We serve over 50,000 meals in Bridgewater, Halifax and now
Truro.
2. Neighbours overcoming addictions
Our Life Recovery Shelter in under construction right now
3. Neighbours with disabilities & mental illness
We're hiring a Life Coach to provide job readiness training
To donate to the BUC Youth Group Team, follow the link below or speak to Team Captain, Tracy Rafuse. Every little bit helps.
Thank you.
