It is with sadness that we tell you that Flora Eleanor Bell, age 95, passed away on March 29th. Please hold her son, William, in your thoughts and prayers. A Celebration of Life for Flora will be held on Thursday, April 4th at 2:00pm at Bridgewater United Church.

BELL (VEINOTTE), Flora Eleanor - Age 95, of Hebbville, formerly of Wileville, passed away on March 29, 2019 at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Maitland, Lunenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Jason and Eunice (Eikle) Veinotte.

Flora simply loved life. She will be remembered for the positive energy she radiated to everyone around her. Talk with her, smile with her and then laugh with her. Flora is survived by her eldest son, William Bell, Long Beach, California; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence in 1987 and son, Brian in 2003. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was also predeceased by her stepfather, Elias Ernst; sisters, Edith Veinotte, Marjorie Joudrey, Verlie Barry and Mary Meisner; brothers, Franklin Veinotte and Scott (Hazel) Robar.

There will be no visitation by request and a Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, in the Bridgewater United Church, Bridgewater, Angela Clifton officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Flora can be made to Hillside Pines-Bell’s Courtyard or South Shore Regional Hospital/The Rose Fund.
